Call for Submissions
Founded to honor and support women entrepreneurs who embody and deploy profound human values, this grant is a springboard for those whose vision transcends mere economic performance to embrace global health, kindness, and the fulfillment of the full potential of all.
Candidates are invited to review the details below and submit their application by sending their own personalized Word document along with the required documents to the email address indicated at the bottom of this call.
In your document, please include the following information:
- Nature of the application: Is the application being submitted for yourself, or are you nominating another person?
- Candidate: Last name, first name, email address, phone number, and mailing address of the candidate.
- Nominator (if applicable): If you are submitting on behalf of another person, please provide your first name, last name, email address, and your relationship to the candidate.
Please detail the structure of your organization:
- Legal Identity: Company name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and website.
- Administrative Data: Registration or business number (according to your jurisdiction), date of incorporation, sector of activity, invested capital, and number of employees.
Develop your vision according to the fundamental criteria of balance and respect for life:
- Mission and Vision Statement: Present your company’s mission statement, its global vision, and a general description.
- The Human Pillar & Full Potential: How does your company actively support the health, internal balance, and full potential of your clients, your employees, your community, and your partners? (Explain how your culture and your products/services foster an environment free of struggle, a climate of peace, global health, and fulfillment).
- The Environment Pillar & Eco-Co-Creation: What concrete actions or policies do you implement to honor the Earth as a sacred cradle and ensure a kind, respectful, and regenerative ecological impact?
- The Other Species Pillar: In what way does your company recognize the shared pulse and intrinsic dignity of all living beings? How does your model exclude any form of animal exploitation?
Share your journey and aspirations as a woman of values:
- Background and Life Vision: Academic background, professional designation, and long-term goal(s).
- Social and Community Engagement: What is your current social commitment? How does it express an inner strength and kindness placed at the service of the common good?
- Entrepreneurial Strengths: What are your distinctive strengths as an entrepreneur? What deep motivations, qualities, and skills have allowed you to succeed so far while protecting your balance?
- The Impact of the Female Entrepreneurship Hermante Ayotte Grant: How will receiving this $50,000 grant contribute to propelling your business toward its goals of abundance, joy, and widespread influence?
To ensure your application is complete, you must send by email:
- Your application document in Word format, responding with clarity and depth to the points mentioned above.
- Two (2) letters of support (from a financial institution and your major partners or suppliers). These letters must be dated in the current year and sent by email to admin@LaRouteDeLEspoir.ca
- 3. A short presentation video of a maximum of 1 minute highlighting the values and the momentum of your project.
- They must specifically answer the question: “What are the main elements that make you convinced that the candidate meets the selection criteria of global balance, kindness, healthy values, and full potential?”
